Platform Engineer, Attio
Apr 2026 – Oct 2026London
- Migrated production Kubernetes workloads from Pulumi managed deployments to Google Cloud Deploy without downtime
- Designed the deployment framework with Terraform, Atmos and Helm/Helmfile, separating app releases from infrastructure changes, centralising config and simplifying rollbacks
- Moved CI to ephemeral self-hosted GitHub Actions runners on Kubernetes, peaking at around 1,500 concurrent jobs, cutting average PR validation from 30 to 10 minutes and reducing flaky failures
- Built and ran a highly available, self-hosted JFrog Artifactory and Xray platform on GKE, enforcing supply chain security across development and CI, with docs and automated onboarding for technical and non-technical colleagues using AI coding tools
- Built the first GCP test project, GKE cluster and deployment pipeline to validate platform changes outside production
- Rightsized production workloads and fixed autoscaling using historical Datadog metrics, improving scheduling reliability and cutting deployment timeouts and compute costs
- Led incident post-mortems in incident.io, documenting timelines and causes, driving discussions with senior engineering leadership and delivering the agreed actions
